ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES
Most orders will be delivered within 2 – 7 business days however, we recommend that you allow more time for your delivery. Delivery times will vary based on various factors including but not limited to:
- Location
- Size of the item
- Weight of the item
- Time of the year
- COVID-19 restrictions
- Natural Disasters
Please contact Slae@furniturevalley.com.au if your item(s) have not been delivered after the following time frames:
- For customers in VIC, approximately 8 working days
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 10 working days
- For customers in QLD, NT, WA and TAS, approximately 13 working days
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee neither.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
The method and manner in which our items are shipped to you, are determined by Furniture Valley .
Your item(s) are typically dispatched 1-2 business days after your order. We will send you (notification of your) order tracking details from our couriers, please allow up to 2 working days(from the date of notification) for the courier online tracking information to be updated.
Due to the limited access of our couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery to the following postcodes:
If you place an order to one of the postcodes listed below, we will do our best to arrange successful delivery. However, we’re not always able to deliver to the following postcodes. We may offer you alternative delivery arrangements in the event that we cannot arrange your delivery. But in most cases, we will be able to arrange successful delivery without further action from you. If we are unable to provide you with a delivery arrangement, then you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund your order if we believe that its necessary. However, if you live in a postcode listed below then we encourage you to place your order.

UNSUCESSFUL DELIVERIES
If the delivery of your item(s) is unsuccessful for any of the following reasons, you will incur a re-delivery fee:
- The package was rejected by you or the receiver.
- You entered an inaccurate or incorrect address.
- You failed to collect your package within the acceptable time frame.
If you enter a P.O Box as your shipping address then your delivery may be delayed. There are some items that we cannot ship to a P.O Box, so please avoid from doing so if you can. We may request an alternative delivery address from you, in the event that we are unable to facilitate delivery to your P.O Box. It will be your responsibility to provide us with a suitable alternative address.
BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to ensure that your item(s) are received safely. Deliveries that are made to a workplace/business address are considered received once the item(s) arrive at the address.
WARRANTY
Most non-electronic items on this website are sold with a 12 month warranty. Items may have a longer period and this will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Most electronic items on this website are sold with a 3 month warranty.
If you’re unsure about the warranty of an item(s), then please contact us at Sales@furniturevalley.com.au before you place your order.
Please note: Warranty does not apply to faults and damages caused by misuse and/or, faults and damages caused during assembly or delivery.
TIMEFRAMES
If you would like to make a claim under these warranty conditions, you must contact us in writing within 10 business days from receipt of your item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims under this warranty after this period.
