RETURNS POLICY
Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Laws. You have the right to ask for a refund, repair or replacement. If your item(s) arrive damaged or with a fault, then please contact sales@furniturevalley.com.au . The solution we provide will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
RETURN PROCEDURE
Our team is here to help! Firstly, before you attempt to return an item to us, please send an email to Sales@furniturevalley.co.au , and include the following in your email:
- An explanation of the fault(s) or damage(s)
- Pictures and/or video of the product received demonstrating the fault(s) or damage(s) (If applicable, also include the manual with the part.
- Proof of purchase including your order number.
We will advise you of the next steps to take once your request has been approved. Please do not return the product to us unless instructed to do so. Please note that if you send your item(s) back to us prior to following the steps above then you may be liable for extra admin fees, shipping & handling fees and warehousing fees. We’re happy to help you, so please make sure you contact sales@furniturevalley.com.au first!
We are not liable for faults and damages to your item(s) after delivery, this includes:
- Damages and faults during assembly of the item(s)
- Damages and faults during disassembly of the item(s)
- Damages and faults during packaging removal of the item(s)
- Improper use of the item(s)
RETURN POSTAGE
If you notice that there is a problem with your item then you may return it. Please contact us first because we can typically provide a return label. If the item can be easily returned or posted to us, then it is your responsibility to do so. Keep all of your receipts because we may be able to provide you with reasonable return postage costs.
GENERAL RETURNS
You are not entitled to a refund for any of the following conditions (including, any reasons similar to):
- You changed your mind
- You found the item(s) cheaper somewhere else
- You ordered the wrong item
- You didn’t like the purchase
- You entered the incorrect order details
CHANGE OF MIND
15% restocking fees applies for change of mind orders after it is shipped refund will be issued once item is received back to our dispatch address.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our Money Back Guarantee is only available on selected products and will be advertised on the product page to which they apply.
You are not entitled to a money back guarantee if it violates any policies that we have on this website. Please allow 8 business days for us to process any valid refunds. Your financial institution may also apply a processing period.
We offer an online service, and before you place an order on the Furniture Valley website, it is your responsibility to check the item(s) colour, measurements, description etc.
If you assemble a product and it is subsequently found to be damaged or faulty, please be aware that a 20% deduction may apply to any potential returns or refunds. It is recommended to contact the company directly via email at sales@furniturevalley.com.au to understand their specific policy regarding such situations. They may provide further guidance on the process and any applicable deductions.
